Dato Teong Long Hee

Dato Teong graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from the university of Manitoba,in Winnipeg,Canada in 1979. As a senior engineering manager, he has worked for leading American Electronic companies such as RCA Corporation, Harris Advanced Technology(m) Sdn Bhd, Intersil Technology Sdn Bhd and STATS ChipPac Malaysia Sdn Bhd for a span of twenty plus years.

He joined OSK Investment Bank Bhd in 2004 as an Institutional Dealer and became a Vice President for the institutional trading of the listed entities. OSK Investment Bank Bhd has since been listed as RHB Investment Bank Bhd in 2010 to which Teong has been a trader till 2020. Using his well-honed experience in system and processes building, Teong has been instrumental in assisting numerous companies achieve the criterias for listing status.

In 2023, he was conferred the title Darjah Setia Bakti Negri Sembilan (DBNS), which carries the title ‘Dato’ by the Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negri Sembilan Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir.
